I am trying to face time my friend on my mac but she can't hear me but i can hear her what should i do to fix this?

please i need answers quick

I suggest that you ask her to check her Mac volume. She can do this at the main window display or raise it at the face time. Alternatively, request her to get someone to check it as the problem lies with her and not you.
