Antibiotics kill all the bacteria in your system, including the good bacteria. Have your friend eat yogurt and take probiotics which are the good bacteria. You can get this at a pharmacy in pill form and you do not need a prescription.

Call the doctor and ask him. Plain unsweetened yogurt is supposed to help.

You didn't say WHERE the yeast infection was. If external, dab with Tea Tree Oil - it is infallible. Lavender Essential Oil smells nicer, but you need to use it a few days longer. If internal, ask a Pharmacist for a recommendation.

Eat cultured yogurt. It has the right bacteria to balance things back out. That being said there are also over the counter remedies you can find at any store in the pharmacy area. See you doctor still if you feel you need to.

Just buy some Gyne-Lotrimin or Vagisil. You can get them at most stores.

You can go to the store and get medicine that cures in as little as 24 hours. Try Monistat or a generic.
