Proof!! Other than what has been written in books there is no physical proof. Surely it is possible that people from the bible may have been people that once existed but to think that this GOD created heaven and Earth is just to hard to believe. Example: I happen to believe in Dinosaurs and there is proof that they once existed which was long before mankind so therefore how could God have created Heaven and Earth? Evolution seems so much more Plausible, again not to say that God and Jesus, the son of God, never existed I just don't believe in was in the realm of what people are made to believe. But if Faith and Belief is what keeps you going then by all means I believe you should believe! This is just my personal opinion and I hope that it doesn't upset anyone because I think everyone has the right to their on beliefs and I certainly don't believe that myself or anyone else with similar beliefs will be going to so-called Hell for our beliefs! Hope with all my heart that you're having a Wonderful Life, Peace, Love and A Great Big Hug
there is no evidence that hes real nor any evidence that he isnt real. its all in your beliefs. honestly im an atheist and i hate it when people say god is real; why cant you think that. its called not being able to understand everybody has their own beliefs. if you think god is real then whatever; thats what you believe. but believe me there are plenty of people who believe in god. im not trying to say he isnt real but im also not saying he is. just realize that hes your belief.
Alright listen. Some people weren't born in a community that worships God. But it does not mean they'll go to hell. The forgiveness of Jesus will lead them down the right path. If u do meet someone with other beliefs or someone that is homosexual u need to respect them and accept wat they believe. I m a Methodist Christian and this is wat I believe.
most people look for proof, but almost everyone believes in some kind of afterlife, usually. Many people who dont believe now. will be believe later, or will never believe. if you want proof, good things in the bible we have found, people want to believe in something that requires no work, and makes them feel good about themselves, superior most of the time.
Because now thanks to Barack Obama the united states is an atheist country, the religion population is down to 15% and cristians are 5% (and don't say "it's not obamas fault!" because he tried to get rid of Christmas break!!!)
Knowing and believing are, by definition, two different things. If I said I believe in Santa Clause, you might say, "Ummmm....ok," But if I said I KNOW Santa is real, you'd tell me I'm nuts. Or at least, you should. It's the same principal here. Faith is not proof. Believing is not knowing. Some people have to have proof.
Some people are altheists, people who don't believe in God or gods, and Some people are agnostics, people who have no idea about God or gods. So not everyone believes like you and at the same time. Sometimes it takes time for someone to believe. Hope this helps. =D
Everybody has their own opinions. Religions are not right or wrong. Such as me, I don't believe that it is true, because I haven't seen any evidence.! People like me want proof that heaven hell, the demon, etc. are real. The bible? That could be just a book that random people wrote. That's not enough proof. Everybody has their own opinions.
Worldviews are not facts, they are interpretations of facts. Strung one way, the facts form a narrative that is different from that if the facts were strung another way. Using the same facts, a person can form a different narrative, depending on which is given priority. And ignoring some facts in favor of others will lend itself to a worldview that may be internally consistent but not completely representational. I am tempted to say that atheists ignore facts that believers do not. This results in their seeing a world consistently but not representationally. But truth is, they do not have the ability to perceive the facts that are generated by faith, and discount the class of facts altogether. They are in the minority in this, but numbers do not dissuade them. I am tempted to say this, but I will not, because it is unfair to my atheist friends.
My gods and goddesses are real! Why don't you believe that? To you, your god is real, to me my gods and goddesses are real. So, not everyone believes the same thing as you. So, your question is one of perspective. You believe in one god, I believe in many gods and goddesses. Until I am face to face with evidence to the contrary, I'm sticking with what I believe (and that's probably the same with you).
