if you were brest feeding and stoped for about a week but still are produsing a littel bet can you start agin

Yes, you can start breastfeeding again as long as you still have supply for the baby. The milk doesn't go bad or anything of the sort, but you will need to nurse your baby many times to get used to it. All you need to do is breast stimulation, since it will be like reintroducing your baby to breastfeeding again.

Yes. It could b a challenge to get the become interested again, but don't give up! The health benefits are worth it for your baby! And for u! Good luck
