What should me and my ex do? (Details below)

When I was going out with my ex he had a friend and his had his own house. Before me and my ex broke up I let him BORROW some of my CD's when I texted him saying can I have my CD's back I need them, he texted back saying he threw them out. Now he owes my ex over $600.00, what can we do?

unfortunately there are people who will steal and lie, as mad as you may be it would be best to just forgive and forget about it, it is better for your health to do this. Or you could take it to small clams court but chances are if you cant prove he had or has them than there is nothing they will do for you and you will be out court fines. Sorry, hope this helps

Ask him to repay for the cost of the CD's etc. IF he refuses tell him you'll sue him in small claims court.

I've tried telling him that he needs to pay them back. He's one of those people that'll pretend to hear you.
