Stress may play a large part in it! So try relaxing and taking some time away from what you think may be stressing you out. Other than that It may just be your subconscious playin with you

This doesn't mean she has a weird mind, can you control what you dream?
Report as
Actually, you can program your dreams to some extent but it takes a bit of practice &a lot of concentration.
Report as
Cool, I'd like to know how that works! lol

Thats rude ur so negative

Basically what you do is focus your mind on WHAT you want to dream about for 3 to 5 min just before you go to bed. As I said, it takes practice & consistent effort for a period of a few weeks. I guess you could call it a type of meditation. But once you've trained your subconscious to respond to your directions it's fairly easy. Unfortunately, bad dreams are still possible but I've found that I can "rewind" a bad dream & change its direction(maybe that's a plus to being an obsessive/compulsive control freak hmm?):)

Sigh why do you want to be a bully red?
Report as
Truth isn't bullying
Report as
@Red - it can be though, especially if in the process of telling the truth, one is being insulting or abusive towards someone. Being "honest" with someone, isn't an excuse to be rude, and it never hurts to coat the truth in a bit of sugar - makes it easier to take.
Report as
You are not telling the truth red. It looks like all you are doing is trying to be "smart/funny.". People like you are always just wasting others time.

Ok sorry, dead bunnies drowning everyone in blood is normal.

Demons do exist the bible talks about them; i read the bible every night before I go to sleep and my comment makes sense ! When someone feels scared it's cause there are bad spirits around and yea all you have to do is pray to GOD* & you'll feel safe and protected. So idk what both of you ^^ are talking about !?!?!

Lone_snipers right, and if the dreams scaring u( it is me) it helps to talk about it in detail and talk about all the parts of it that scare u with someone. When I have a bad dream, that always helps and after talking about it I usually never have the dream again. Hope this helps.

Stress is a common cause of bad dreams, but sometimes it's more than just stress behind it. If you (or someone you are close to) are anxious over the problems we are currently facing as a nation then most anything can trigger a really weird or frightening dream. There is an "idiot savant" hiding in most peoples subconscious & free floating anxiety (that's stress that has no identifiable source)can cause it to try to solve the problem using the "everything plus the kitchen sink" method. Which means that it will try to cobble together new sights, sounds & situations w/old movies,TV shows, books you've read & stories you've been told to create a different scenario to relieve the stress.
Sometimes the IS will present a viable solution but most often all you get are strange dreams. Although I've heard that some writers get their best inspiration from those kind of dreams. :-)

In addition to stress, as others have pointed out, grief (as related to loss) and some past trauma could also be influencing factors for dreams.

We release DMT in our Brains when we are born and when we die.
We also release a bit of it (not as much) when we are dreaming.
And some say this is what fuels the dream world.

-Awsomse Question!
