Honestly I had the same problem... Just wash your face really good in the morning and before you sleep. Don't bother and touch your face, and avoid eating lots of un-oily/grease stuff, or chocolate (basically try not to eat unhealthy things... have a hamburger or something once in a while but not alot.) Stay hydrated too! If you use proactive, youll have to pit it on everyday :/ the best way is to just stick with these things. Hope I helped :)
