I have really bad sleeping habits and I'd like to wake up at a normal time?
My 'bedtime' is 11:00. I can't fall asleep at night, and end up going to bed in the early morning and waking up late noon-ish. I am sleeping all through the important times of the day. What are some good ways to get my body to go to sleep on time, and wake up at a normal time? I'm fifteen, and I have tried taking something to make me sleepy, then end up going to bed early and waking up at like 11 or some time in the early morning.
