Why is my bodily schedule all screwed up?

I completely backwards. I can't sleep at night- I feel most motivated and energetic around 11 pm and can't fall asleep until 2:30/3:00 am! then wake up around 9 am and feel like hell on earth... so unmotivated and depressed and groggy! what can u do to fix this? It's been 8 years or so that this has been going on...

I suggest you start by setting a regular bedtime and you can achieve this by going to bed at the same time each night and waking up at the same time every morning. This can be difficult for the first few days but with time you will get used to it and you will be more active during the day. Go to your doctor,.. Probably that's the best thing right now.. And tell him/her how you feel.
