What is a cheap laptop, but good quality to use?

I need a new laptop, but i don't have that much money to spend on it. So, I was thinking in then 100s or 200s or maybe 300s

The HP MINI-110-3518CL is the cheapest and most efficient laptop. The laptop helps you connect to the web, stay connected and get entertained at the same time. The laptop goes for approximately$250.

Well, net books are good computers. For the brand i would say dell or hp. If not toshiba or any other brand is good. Netbooks are laptops just smaller sizes and prize range is also smaller. Hope it helps!!:)

you can find laptops with quad core AMD processors for less than 350. so laptops with AMD processors would be the way to go. especially if its refurbished. justdeals.com is having a sale just today dual core for just 350.

check out best buy...you can try online, but if you go into the store and tell the sales associate what you are looking for, they will help you out. I saw a laptop there this week for 241$ they have great deals on their clearance items. don't forget if you buy a new one now with windows 7 from any retailer, you can upgrade to windows 8 through microsoft for 15$

Good quality like the basic word processing, web search capability and DVD reader, computer. The range is from $180-$300. I would say a Acer Aspire w/webcam and 320GB Hard Drive, 1GB Ram, Dual Core 1.66GHZ proc.
