Advice on How to Stick to a Weightloss Plan/Diet?
For the past two years, i've tried losing weight. Last year, I was doing well. I was counting my calories, I gave up on sugary drinks, etc. I knew it was working. Friends even told me I was losing. One day, though, I drank a bottle of pop. Then I stopped calorie counting. I tried again last month and instead of lasting a few months, I only lasted 1. I know now that calorie counting doesn't work for me, it's too redundant. I'm starting to walk in the mornings, soon to be jogging, but it hasn't shown any results like dieting. Any advice for adapting healthy habits into your daily habits? Or just ways of making calorie counting easier? Fast results would be appreciated, but I understand that's not always possible.
