Is it possible to self induce Insomnia? If yes, then how?

I don't believe so, but I know you wouldn't want it. I only have a mild insomnia and i hate it. It's not something I wish upon anyone.

I already have severe cases of Insomnia, where I will go about 2 weeks at a time without sleep. I was just wondering if it's something I may be doing without realizing it.

being paranoid induces it, think of deadly diseases and convince yourself that you have them and then you will stay up for a long time or drink caffeine when you feel your eyes droop.

I can say that someone can self induce insomnia. You can do this by having some issues like anger management, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, which can ruin your sleeping pattern. This can therefore cause self induced insomnia.

Certain lifestyle changes can help sometimes if not most times, induce Insomnia

Stay up as long as possible until you experience the hallucinations caused by sleep deprivation. There after for some period of time depending on the extent of the sleep deprivation you may experience some insomnia.

Why would you want to self induce insomnia...... It's a horrible thing I can tell you first hand. If you really don't wanna sleep all night have some coffee or do coke.. Idk
