To get toned with your body and start a workout plan you should consult a doctor and get a trainer to help you with the work out plan. You should consult your doctor because of health reasons and if you are supposed to take any supplements you will get to know if they are good for you or not.
There's a program called P90X and it's really good. There's muscular training, cardio routines and other things. It also tells you what day to do which workout and it really works. I've been doing it with my brother and it's really good!
Do your research! read and ask questions...develop an exercise plan that works for you and stick to it. Eating clean is key! by that I mean embracing a proper diet ( fruits,greens,brown rice, chicken etc) water! no soda or flavored drinks... Join online communities focused on health and exercise for added support...
