is it okay to chew gum with braces on?
i think they say not to but my friends do
Yep, if it is sugar free gum. The sugary stuff is a disaster for braces.~Ninja Jackie-san
I did it when i had braces and it caused no problems.(:
no. it would get everywhere on your braces
I don't but i see what you mean because they told me not to eat popcorn and I do.
It doesn't really matter :)
Orthodontists tell you to only chew sugarless but I chewed regular gum and it caused no problems
if its sugar free then you can, if its not sugar free you cant because its a lot stickier and it will get stuck to your brackets and can bend your wire when your trying to get it out- personal experience:)
Your not supposed to but every body still does it anyway and nothing happens.
the say no but i do and i look fine RIGHT???
If it's not sticky(bubble gum) and it would help if it's sugar free (orbit, trident)
Yes if it is sugar free
