I changed my brightness all the way down on my iPhone by accident and there is a password too so what should I do can't even see the screen

try holding it under a very bright light or when the sun is out try walking out and you should be abel to see it

Go into a dark room and your screen should be visible.

I think the fix is easy, go into "utilities" then settings. Find brightness and adjust it up again. That should do it.

But she just said the screen is to dark for her to see anything, so if she can't see it's not an easy fix

I see what you're saying. If the format is black too it's a bigger problem than this.
