If my carrier is at&t and I jail break my phone will it make my Internet connection run slower?

No it has nothing to do with ur signal. My iPhone is jailbroke and unlocked and it's just as fast as stock. Well maybe faster since I deleted some of that junk apple makes stock to the phone.

It just depends on the Internet connection and how many bars you'll be getting
