Many ways to work out . You can train cheap by walking/jogging/running. If you gave access to a track with synthetic rubber it's better for joints. Include pushups ,situps , pull ups and squats. Mix up cardio too. Jumping jacks ,sprints uphill running etc.. Just take it easy on pavement or concrete. With a bit of money you can get gym membership(many cheap gyms now) mix it up cardio and weight training.hope this helps
