I just started Pilates Workout (Yoga),I work out for an hour every day.How long will it take me to start getting in shape?

You should start getting in shape in 2 weeks considering your workout rate. This is because on normal cases, one should do this on 20-30 minutes sessions three times a week and one starts seeing the results after one month.

You should see results in about a month or so. You will also stand taller, because this is a lot of core strengthening.

You should start feeling stronger within two weeks but you need cardio and resistance training to make it a well rounded approach. By week 4-6 you should start seeing subtle changes.
