The best Bluetooth for people that are impaired is the Quattro connect360 Amplified Bluetooth. Bluetooth products that are ideal include Dual cell phone and Music Earhooks with Neck loop. It is hands free, allows wireless cell phone calling and streaming audio via Bluetooth phone. Then there is the Neck loop Amplifier.

Im not too hard of hearing yet but i drive a very big noisy truck all day I use A blue tooth called a blue parrot it's amazing it's like a headset has internal noise canceling it's what most truckers use you can get them on eBay or do a web search mine was refurbished and I paid about 50 bucks for it good luck
