What to do?

we are about to start school again and im fearing that my ex is going to be there again. I dont want ANYTHING to do with him an he messaged my mom on facebook asking if we could text i said no an i dont want him asking me out cuz i will tell him straight up no what do i do?

I thought of it but he is like a nonstopper as in he wont stop til he gets or does what he wants
