I'm having trouble sleeping at night. I just don't get tired can someone help

I usually dont fall asleep untill 12:30 or so as I'm typing this it is 12:59

Drink some warm milk with honey before bed, or take some melatonin which is sold at pharmacies or walmart or something, and breath slowly to decrease your heart rate. Maybe listen to some slow classical music even. Good luck.

Me too :/ i dont sleep till like 4am, umm try and tire yourself out during the day

you can try to take some tea like slepey time tea
