What do i do if my child's father wont give him back when his court ordered visitation is over?

Go pick up your child and if he refuses take it to the police department because it is against legal agreement.

Show the police a copy of the court order. They are compelled to enforce it.

Well, if my brother tried that his boys' mother would have him arrested for kidnapping, because that's what it is. If he's just not custodial parent because he's the male that's all kinds of lame (situation my brother is in; CPS keeps taking them from her and giving them to him because she's a neglectful...I'll stop there, but gives them back because she's the female). But if there's a GOOD reason he's not primary custodian then you need to stand up for your kids because they are the most important part of this.
