Are antheraea polyphemus poisonous

i got a green catipiller with spikes/stingers on me and it stung me and hurt are they poisonous?

The antheraea Polyphemus are not poisonous. It is a silk moth with a length of 15 cm, and it would be advisable to seek medical attention to ensure that you do not get an infection.
