I've been talking to a guy for about a month long distance. he doesn't ask me questions or keep conversations. i dont know if he likes me

Yea I'd say he's not that into you. Don't feel bad. Move on and find someone closer. Long distance rarely works.

Sounds like he doesnt. He sounds boring. Why are you conversing with him? and why was this asked under adult relationships..... sounds incredibly juvenile.

It does sound like the guy is not interested from what you just mentioned. If he did really like you, he should ask questions so as to get to know you better and even keep conversation. If this is not the case, then it could be he is shy and you can ask him to know which is which.
