Making out usually means french kissing. French kissing involes tounge which really isn't that bad. Getting naked and all of that isn't apart of making out it can lead to that tho, but only if you let it. In my opinion the perfect kiss has a little tounge to it. If you want to do it go for it.

When you boyfriend says he wants to make out, he is basically saying he wants to French kiss with you. Making out involves French kissing and necking and may also involve non-penetrative sex acts like heavy petting. There is also skin-to-skin contact involved in making out.
