bicarbonate of soda (sodi bic, baking soda) is good - dip a damp toothbrush in the powder and brush your teeth well. rinse well after. It is a mild abrasive, and polishes many stains off teeth, enamelware, porcelain etc. It is non toxic.

You can use baking soda =0
Just put some on your toothbrush with your toothpaste when you brush your teeth=]

Don't drink coffee. Brush frequently. IF you can manage to brush within ten minutes after you eat, that will help most.

Plain baking soda with a drip or two of peroxide. Or sometimes I just put toothpaste on my toothbrush and dip it in baking soda.

Sprinkle a little baking soda onto your toothpaste when brushing. Baking soda is known to whiten teeth.
