My visa gift card expired and i didnt use it, is there anyway i can get a new one so i can use them?

No, once something has expired it's done. If you want to go out and purchase another one you can, just be sure to use it before it expires.

I just wanted to ask you this; do u think this is fair? U pay cash money and put it on a "card", months later, that cash is no longer good and it is expired?! C'mon! Dnt let them put one over you!

They're not putting one over on me, I would have spent it before it expired. But I don't buy those kind of gift cards.

What I commented was a hypothetical, I'll try again.
Simply, do u thnk, it's fair to give up the money when someone pays good american greenbacks fora gift card n doesn't use it when they say to use it? Dnt know if ur even still interested on this one. But just asking. And I thnk u would feel the same way I do.

This is true! BUT, once one has already bitten, they ARE trying to force us to accept that ur money can somehow expire! LIES! Money does NOT expire.
Thanks buddy! It's refreshing to hav a short convo with someone on ask that does not end with me walking away disappointed, or me yelling at them "YES!!! u CAN get pregnant that way, and ya prolly are! Ur nxt q should be what r cute baby names!!'" yup. :)

yes just call the visa company and tell them you need a new one because the old one expired they should send you a new one

Unfortunately, it is impossible to get a visa gift card if it expired without using it. Most of the providers do not have this policy and you end up losing money on this. You can contact your provider to know if there is anything you can do.

Nope. (and I'm assuming ur saying the money is lost. Ur answer is a bit unclear to me) I have gotten money back on an "expired" gift card. U absolutely can get ur money back. Dont give your money away!

NOOO! Gift cards are good as cash. Does Cash expire?! Nooo!, sooo, if u don't use that $20 dollar bill in your wallet in 90days, it expires?! Noooo! Gift cards are money! Money does NOT expire! This is a FEDERAL law!!! now, the store or wherever u bought the visa card gift card will say its their policy or whatever! DOES NOT MATTER.! ofcourse they will say this and keep your money, IF U LET THEM! I WOULD, Y WOULDN'T THEY?! they do this because they know people will let them get away with it. Period. U are gonna have to yell and complain and call and wait on hold for a awhile talk to a manager then talk to his supervisor and so on and so on. U HAVE TO RAISE A FUSS! IF u want ur money! I have done this myself. Friend of mine had an "expired" gift card. Thru it away. I picked it out of the trash and showed him what he was doing. I called waited. Complained. Yelled. Asked to speak to managers, supervisors, everything needed to get his money! This is a little known fact. NO STORE CAN "expire" YOUR MONEY! they will say this because they know they will make millions from all the people who just LET THEM TAKE THEIR MONEY! AND THEY DO! IT'S TRUE!!! DON'T LET THEM TAKE UR MONEY!!

Somethings just get to me. ... BY THE WAY! when they say the money is "expired" on ur unused gift card, do they also count that SAME money as "expired" on THEIR financial books?! NOOO! they keep it! But wasnt it "expired" ?! If U take a loss because the money is "expired" then shouldn't the SAME money be "expired" FOR THEM AS WELL!!!? Please! Thnk about it! Does that make sense to anybody? So that money is no longer good and can no longer be used by me. But the SAME money is good and well for all of THEIR debts!!! Ugh!!!
