How can I become stronger? exercises, tips, advice anything?!

I am 13, a girl. I take dance and just started tumbling so I'll be able to do tricks in my dances. I am not very strong. I can't do a back walkover. Please help! I'm not fat, I am not super skinny like a stick I'm a little under average!:) Im average skinny
