It's quarter past three in the morning and I can't sleep. Help me.

Most of the time the best way to fall asleep is don't move, and don't open your eyes. I know that's a given, but when you not falling asleep you try to re-position and try to become comfortable doesn't help you fall asleep. It helps if me i image something, anything while i'm asleep, nothing to hard to concentrate, and let your mind wander.

I'm up at 3 because of the invention of the internet
