Is it okay If your gums bleed a it after you get your braces off?

I got my braces off today (yay!) but every time i floss or brush my teeth my gums bleed, not like gushing but just a little, is that normal?

Yes its normal, your teeth have been undergoing alot of movemet and change, and a little bit of bleeding is just in response. If it begins to really bleed, then call your orthodontist

It maybe normal because when you have braces you can't properly floss but if after a while it doesn't stop you should call your dentist just to make sure.

Try rinsing your mouth with 50-50 water and hydrogen peroxide for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Just don't swallow it and rinse well after. This will keep your mouth from getting infected.
