stop the dieting first of all. eat healthy foods, exercise 3-5 times weekly, stay away from soda, junk food, fast food, drink plenty of water. remember, you did not put on that weight overnight and it will take time and work to get it off. start your exercise routine lightly and work your way up to more strenuous exercises. stay focused on your goal. don't deprive yourself of some food enjoyment, but use moderation in your portions.
