What's the best way to quit smoking?

There really not a best way to quit smoking. It is hard to do. This is a habit that haunts you. They make all type of pills and patches to help you quit smoking. These do help some people. I quiot 15 yrs ago. To late for me though as I have very bad lungs. For me it was the simplicity of my doctor telling me my lungs were like a old man on 99. I was only 40 then.I quit that day. The best way to quit is for you to really want to. Nothing will help if you do not really want to quit. There is no magic cure for this. Best of luck.

Thanks for the luck I myself haven't had a dr tell me anything but I'm 28 yrs old and been smoking faithfully a pack a day for 14 yrs but first started at 13 yrs. I feel it's time to quit but I'm having a very hard time.

machito . It is very hard. try taking calcium pills while quiting. When the nicotine leaves the body it takes some of the calcium with it. This causes the shakes and nervousness.

If u say that like it's that easy you've never been addicted to anything. I wish it was as easy as just saying quit.

I did smoke then I relized what it was doing to me . You have to really want it and then just quit it's that simple there's no magic pill or cure nothing is more powerful then the human will/power it's up to you and u can do it.

Try electronic cigs. I got mine from cignot.com. There really cheap
