How do I stop my horses on sims 3 pet from being distorted?

I just updated the game and this is really annoying me. it's been annoying me for a long time. please help

You can stop your horses on Sims 3 pet from being distorted by finding supported graphic cards. This problem occurs mostly when the graphic cards are unsupported hence, find the one needed or in a position for you to work with. You can also troubleshoot other problems from the game.
