The email system doesn't show you actually made any requests for the password reset email. This might be because you just opened your account a few minutes ago, and the email system database may need a little more time to update with your membership information. However, assuming all of that is in order, please make sure you're doing the following:
1. Click "Sign out" in the upper right corner of the web page 2. Click "Sign in," and then click "I forgot my password." 3. Enter your gmail address that you're registered with, and then our registration system will send an email to your gmail account which contains a link that you can use to reset your password.
