Where can i get some nice skinny jeans for cheap? im 13 and a girl

i have been looking everywhere for these! At hollister, they are very expensive! I tried looking at other places, but the jeans werent the kind i was looking for, and were very cheap

Forever 21 sells some skinny jeans that are really soft fabric and cost $10.50 they are also a bit popular for teen girls our ages I can say but the sizes are very weird like the size I wear they call 30x32 they measure it by waist and leg length hope this helps and u find my answer reasonable :)

Those are how they measure mens sizes. My boyfriend for example wears a 29x32.

@d_russel forever21 is a store for WOMAN and they measure all kind of people in sizes it doesn't really matter the gender girls and boys are measured in that way and can have sizes in it.
