What is the NCAA rules on student who transfer from one D1, but never played sports and decided to walk on the football team at another D1

I think you would have to sit a year unless you can prove that you transferred schools to improve your academic possibilities.

Yeah the rule says you have to sit out a year if you change schools if you are planning to play a sport at your new school

With approval prior to transfer you can play!!
