yoga has to deal with stretching and not clearing the mind...you need to find a time in the day where you are free and try meditating, you can also read, write, or go for a walk...whatever calms you down:)

if you have a lot of things going on in your life, have a journal or type on Microsoft Word, or even make memos in your phone. this way, your mind clears of the stress, its happened to me a few times! also stay organized and maybe keep calendars! all the stress also depends on your age, too. You can also even play sports. also you can buy a hammock, it feels relaxing when you put cucomber slices on your eyes, too.
