Plan to hire an agent to get my acting career started. who would you recommend? what are their rates usually? what should i watch out for?

serious info only please. not BS answers please. i am serious this is my top career choice and has been since i was 4. i plan to be a singer also once i get started as an actress. ^_^ PS: i'm 23 and yeah i really want to get my career started soon, so i want to hire an agent to help me.

This will greatly depend with where you live but, I would recommend if it is possible you move to Hollywood, or anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area. As you can build a resume anywhere, you require to ultimately move to the locations where by the greater part of films are made. Locate a flexible day job which will let you take time off for auditions so you do not run out of cash, and have to move back home. ......uhh thanks.....i don't have a job and i don't have a way of getting to LA. i want to start my career so i can move........
