How do you explain someone ruining your life?

There can be no explanation or reason good enough for someone intentionally ruining your life. However, you can always control it because who we are is defined by how we handle adversity and what fellow man can bring on us, so can we handle too. A confrontation would be better option than suffering in silence.

uh if you're looking for a way to describe it, you just did if you're looking to tell someone, don't and don't let them ruin your life.

Stuff happens. Really bad stuff. But only you can define your life. If you say someone ruined your life, guess what? He wins again. You decide.
