Ok so help !!

I went to the doctors yesterday and the doctor told me I was overweight 36 lbs. and I can't do no exercise because my mom and dad work like 6am-9pm and I go to my grandmas house and shes always there watching us I mean like I don't wanna start doing jumping jacks in front of her that's kinda embarrassing so what can I do like diets or what PLEASE HELP ANY INFO HELPS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start eating smaller portions of healthier foods. And don't be embarrassed to exercise, your grandma won't judge. She'll be proud of you. Get walking, it's easy and good for you. 8) Good luck.

If she lets you, you could jog about 30 minutes around the neighborhood.

ride your bike play outside with friends swim, walk, go to the park...drink lots of water, eat healthy snacks not junk food...talk to grandma and she may help you out by getting a ymca membership and you both can stay healthier together

Wake up 5 AM I think nobody is gonna be awake and run about 2 Miles if you can just do it everyday and you will be fine

Play game with Granny. Tell her to go hide and you run around the house looking for her, but never find her till you've circled all the rooms twice. Eat several small snacks and one main meal on a 8" plate. Drink at least 36 ozs of water a day. Before you go to sleep make sure you brush your teeth . Keep it up for three weeks and you will see a change for the better.

Eat tons of protien and smaller portions. You can run and her neighborhood. Go outside and do exercises or somewhere were she can't see you if she makes you uncomfortable
