Yes, most of the time. There was one "species" of cheese that I couldn't stand that my father liked pronounced "can a bear" Not sure the correct spelling though. I'm sure there are a few others that I may not find palatable.

Cheese is kind of like bacon: it makes good things better. There's a variety of cheese my father-in-law brings back with him every time he visits his family in Quebec. I think it's simply called Farmer's Cheese. It comes as oddly shaped little nuggets. When it's fresh it's the most amazing stuff. I don't know why you can't find it in the States.
