ever gets the most thumbs up I'll take that diet thanks in advance for all of your opinions! because I'm starving myself lol I need help :)...

Stay away from salt and salty foods. It makes you retain water and also reduce your diet to 2 starches ( bread, pasta, cereals). Starch turns into sugar witch later turns to fat. And the most important thing.... Drink alot of water.... At least 8...8oz glasses per day!!! Fat releases the body through the urine so the more you pee, the better!

You need to work more on working out then focusing on your diet.Just eat salads and dont be hungry all the time.focus on more important things like jogging.riding a bike or going to gym.put your headphones on and stay away from food!

U don't always Need to eat salad cuz sometimes salad is not good for u actually if u don't eat you gain some weight she needs to eat a light meal morning n dinner time to be healthy

Diet is at least 60% of how you look, so that is the key. The gym, as in weightlifting/bodybuilder is best. Why? Muscle burns more calories, needs more calories to maintain. So, put on a few pounds of muscle, cut a few calories and your on your way. For diet go Paleo or Zone or Paleo/Zone. Consistency is the key. Good lifting.
