I am wondering.... is long hair or short hair better on short girls?

5'3" and wondering what hair styles look best on different heights. Please include reasons why :)

Long hair will look good on short girls. Tall girls are will look good with short hair because there body size is tall, and short girls will look good with long hair since it boost their appearance. A medium height girl will look good with both long and short hair.
