It requires determination and patience. It just doesn't happen overnight. So, the best thing to do is go on youtube, look up P90 X ab ripper workout and you'll find workouts to do. Try them and see if you enjoy working out. Also, running does indeed help because it burns a lot of calories, and speaking of calories, that junk food that looks oh so tempting... you must put down because even if you have rock solid abs from all the work outs, you won't be able to see them if you have a large layer of fat over top of it.
