A Hack saw? No just joking. I think the best answer would be to goto a podietrest or foot Doctor to see if they can offer a perminant answer to your question. If it is a bother in your ability to walk maybe the Doctor can preform surgery and take the calluse off for you and you would not have this problem any more.
