The best way is to go to your dermatologist. Always make sure to wash your face twice a day with a cleanser for sensitive skin and make sure it's oil free. Do NOT touch your face, tempted as you may be, other than to wash it. You do not want to scar it, if you have that much acne. Also, make sure to wear a sunscreen daily, even in winter. In my case, even though I'm Latino, my skin is very fair and sensitive to the sun. I break out if I do not have sunscreen on, and have to clear my skin with sensitive soaps, medication, and an oral antibiotic. My blemishes are from my reaction to the suns rays, not diet or food. So going to the skin doctor is the first step in working towards a cure. Good luck! Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day also helps. You will see the results within 2 days. Trust me. Water helps your skin, which is the biggest organ in your body.
