if your overweight should you still take protein (im currently doing the INSANITY? program so i get really hard workouts)
Your diet will make a huge impact, junk + extra protein = not much for gains, dont forget rest, insanity is pretty intense.

Um well protein helps alot with working out whether you're over weight or not. If you use it and workout then you just turn all the fat into muscle :)
Well it depends if you want to lose weight than consume very little protein, but if your looking to build muscle than eat as much protein as possible!
Yes protien gives you energy.They also say to drink chocolate milk after your workouts.It replenishes yourbody with nutrients etc better then Gatorade.
Yes you need protein to preserve lean muscle mass. It won't add bulk it will,however, help your metabolism.
