Be a good wife.. *sigh* This should be common sense already.
give him time to unwind before you give him all the details of how stressed your day was. a simple hug goes along way.
tell him to take it easy and maybe the wife could do something with the kids and let the father have its nice day alone
cook him an amazing meal.. guys love it and they brag to their friends about it..
Let him relax and cool down, then ask him how work was. Then after about 15 minutes, make out with him, or have it with him.
Have dinner for him some nights, and have the house clean most nights. As long as you don't work as well, then those things are expected as a stay at home mom.
If you work, then just show him you care with regular s3x and a clean bedroom :)

If you have been married long enough to have 3 kids why are you just NOW wanting to know what to do?? Is it that your husband has just recently decided to work hard?? Seems to me you should have figured ALL of this out a long time ago. Then again, I realize who asked the question.
Be a good wife and when he comes home ask him if he needs anything.
Best advice I can give you is to let him get in the door before you or the kids start in with him. I've had guy roommates and live with my girlfriend now. I leave the house around 6am and don't get home until around 9pm I think the guy roommates caught on real quick, but I had to tell my girlfriend. Let me get in the door, take a shower, and maybe pour a drink. Then we can talk about the day or whatever needs discussed. After 13 hours and work, and the hour commute is still stressful, you just need a minute to breathe.
You really need to keep your lies straight. 2 weeks ago you gave birth to twins. 3 days before that you said you were pregnant but had a really flat stomach. And you just answered someone's comment now that you adopted twins when you were 18. Don't you have a real life??
I heard this joke in HS 50 years ago: slide down the banister to warm up his supper
consider yourself lucky. not all mothers have a man that will work for them and pay the bills.
What my mom does is she has food ready and his pjs out so he can eat then go to bed and when he walks in the door I yell DADDY!!! How was your day!! So have your kids say that that ushally makes him in a better mood and feel happy
