Will there be an ipod 5?

I want to buy an ipod after my birthday (September) and i was wondering if there will be an ipod 5 anytime soon because i dont want to buy an ipod 4 right before the 5th one come out...

There will be iPod 5 in the near future, but the exact release date of the device has not yet been officially confirmed.
