Can they moniter my online usage?

My roomates got the "Apple TIme Capsule". Can they moniter my online usage?

note: I use their wi-fi from my laptop. I have it set to "public". I dont understand what that "time capsule" is. Does it have the capability to see my online usage, etc?

PS: I keep getting kicked offline now. It started right when they put this in. They have given me permission to use their wi-fi and the password, but we cant figure out whats wrong.

Your internet is in a position to monitor your online usage. If you do have the password and username it means that you are free to use the internet without hiccups. You should contact the internet provider to determine the cause of the problem.
